Yea I was just trying to separate everything out for the other bugs mods.

could this possibly have anything to do with the slowdown for the RB's at the LOS? maybe working in reverse.

Based on these 3 plays, I'm going to say this is likely a bug.

Several of the replays look to be apparent slow downs. Verifying as a likely a bug

I agree from all that I have seen here it seems there is an issue with these slowdowns.
