Cut block occurs when the dot is over-matched and is about to be revcaked. Against CPU dots, this seems to trigger a cut-block on almost every revcake, however against stronger dots the block didn't trigger as often.
I'm going to add a bunch of Strength to a few of them, Agility to a few of them, Speed to a few of them, and Blocking to a few of them.
