What does that have to do with anything? Some owners have already opted to have their GM's be the representitive, while others have decided they want to cast the vote. The whole idea of a representitive is to speak for those which he is representing. The co-owners of the Heat can nominate or rep just like everyone else and then when it comes time to vote the two/three of you can come to a consencus of what your picks are going to be then your rep can cast your 1 vote for the players at each position just like everyone else.

Appreciate your flexibility. What we can do is allow one person to vote for Pro Bowlers and another to vote for MVP.

We will vote it's ok.

I agree and lets go one farther and have each team elects their own Team MVP, and Offensive MVP and Defensive MVP, in which those players that the representative of the team elects would go out into each conference anomie's where we go from there. but it be fun to see who picks who in their team as their MVP's first too,
