Oh, poor thing!

Another week, another team kept to single digits against the Thorny Devils. Enjoy that streak while you can . One game closer to the showdown!

I'll take a 7-6 Tonga victory.

lol - that would mean you would have to score a TD on us, something else we have yet to allow

Bit of an irresistable force/immovable object argument there as Tonga has never not scored a TD.

Not exactly. Seeing as Melbourne has also, never not scored a TD, to use your same physics analogy:

Melbourne is both an irresistable force - potent offense has never not scored a TD. (can't get enough of that phrase). And is also an immovable object - Defense has not allowed a TD.

Tonga on the other hand is JUST an irresistable force - Potent offense has never not scored a TD. (there it is again). However, their D is more of a "difficult, but not exactly impossible to move object". They have after all allowed five opponents to dance in their endzone.

Zero is the cardinality of the Null set.

And this is why we play the games.

That streak's gonna end, baby. So will that "no team in double-digits" streak. I think If Melbourne can keep us out of the end-zone and/or keep us under 10, then I'll tip my cap and eat some crow! Man, I can't wait!
