I don't know about most of what you said, but Dpride makes GLB a better place for everyone else. He's embraced the role of villian so everyone else can feel like they're the good guy. He puts a comparatively large target on his crotch and exhibits himself in hopes that anyone will try and kick him, knowing that the vast majority of GLB has no shot.

This gives everyone a little extra motivation to achieve greatness, and for the few that are able to take his team(s) down, an added feeling of justice.
