no, no one thought D9 was too young or reloading except for PP trying convince people they were. They were still the 2nd highest effective level in Lion, and most of the team was peak level dots. Nairobi is not like that. They're 20th in APL in effective level, and have very few peak dots. On top of that, Carthage never dropped back down. I said it in the other thread. Nairobi will be decent, but they're not the #1 team in Elephant, not even close. I said it in the other thread, I see them making the playoffs, but not a home playoff team.

carthage clash was a middle of the road team (unsure why honestly?) and than they turned it on for a few seasons before heading to WL...they havent been back since...

Ahhh, look at the madness I've created. 
I may have given Nairobi more credit than they deserve based on their last APL tour of duty but once the games get rolling we'll see how they really stack up.
