can we all just get a rundown of of the dotball syndicate teams, starting from most important (highest on the totem pole?) to least important

What happens to teams that front "Dotball Syndicate?" Like they put the tag in there team notes yet they have no affiliation.
Do you deal with this like MS-13 and send out some assassins?
