5 wins????

We are already on 2 and theres 11 games left and we play 4 0-5 teams.

I can see us with AT LEAST 6 wins.

The Snipers BTW.

chuckle...

The Werewolves still have to play the top two teams in our division... Not exactly sure the rest of our schedule would be the easiest in the Lion.

I'd have to think that something might be not quite kosher there.

Yeah I don't see any way Rwanda goes 12-4. And yes, I'm on that team so bias is in my play here.

Updated for week 5.

Some of you have been complaining about the projections. Problem is you see, we actually have to play the games. This projection program is in a perfect mathematical world, but as the old adage goes (edited for the younger viewers) Stuff happens! There were a couple of upsets this week that changed the landscape, but not as much as one would have thought! Sorry seorang, it had you predicted to win 34-7 (Yes, it even gives predicted outcomes of games) fortunately, it now thinks you will squeek out a win vs Durban so still has you at 14-2. This system does not take into account luck, or game planning, it is not perfect (for those of you complaining still, come up with a better system. I dare you!) But here is the newest projections.

As you can see, a few changes here and there, and it will continue to change as we play the games (Again, luck, game planning, player signings, etc are not taken into account, it is strictly wins, losses, and points for and against calculated in head to head matchups) In South American AA last year, this program had it dead on by week 13 (would have been earlier, but there were 2 upsets in week 11 that messed it up), so I think it'll be close to that this year.

We appreciate the work TMan. We're not really complaining, just pumping up our teams and pointing out where we think the system has it wrong at this point. Like it was said before, it's just like the BCS and it becomes more accurate over time as the games are played. I think everyone knew last year that USF, South Carolina, and company didn't belong in the top 10.

It'll work itself out, but it's fun to pump up our teams and try to point out where we think the formula may have it wrong at this point. There will always be upsets and we as humans can look at the teams and figure it out much easier than a formula can early in the season.

It's all good man, I should have added smilies and such, the "Dare" was tongue in cheek. I do this because I found it fun last year to pick it apart too, so I understand totally . I am ok with the criticism, but if someone can come up with a more accurate predictor, go nuts! I enjoy seeing what the projector has lined up and what changes it makes week to week. It gives us something to talk about as the season goes on besides the usual trash talk.

Nice, except, my crystal ball AND magic 8 ball tells me Zambia Hungry Hungry Hippos not only make the playoffs but kick their butt!
