He didn't have Super succes with the Panthers but you know what....... Hiring a coach to one team doesn't mean that he will be the same........ In Denver he will get backed up more by the organitation. I REALLY like this move.... I was afraid that they wouldn't get an Defensive coach....... we need the Orange Crush II!!!!!

Yup..... The Hillis deal really hurt!! we got NOTHING for him!!! at least we got 2x 1rnd, 2x 2rnd a 3rnd and Orton(and we also send a 5th to Chicago)

But we got nada for Hillis.... and he was my FAVORITE player!! DAMN!
