Alpha has the BEST team

Zeta has the Best Teams

I know the NiborRanks aren't the end all be all but.

Indianapolis Gurupies: 8

Alpha
HHWC 3
Socal BDC 7
Warsaw: 9
Alpine: 10

So out of the top 10 Nibor last year. There are 6 in Zeta and 4 in Alpha, but 4 out of the top 5, 5 of the top 6 are in Zeta.

Not to mention we still have in Zeta..

Osaka: 11
Rhode Island: 12

There is no doubt that Alpha still is a good conference. Its just lol compared to Zeta imo.

You are correct.....I did learn a very valuable lesson today, though. When you are only up to 42 dots signed (nearly played it without a QB) and don't set the DC for spec teams (cover corner returning...errrrrr, fumbling returns), you better not expect a W, but thanks for playing all the same. I'm sure we have a grand parting gift for you.

tend to agree....I'm surprised it isn't just a given by now that it will be fairly lopsided. jtserb is correct, though. Alpha isn't exactly a cake walk either, except for a couple of the very bottom teams.

All playing aside.... Zeta is the tougher conference. I agree. However, I don't think its a landslide at all.

From my perspective (the only one I care about :neenerneener....... There are teams in Alpha that will beat HHWC this year and teams that can cockblock a 4peat without question. Also, there are plenty of quality teams that I plan to fight for a playoff spot with TKW. So I think Alpha is no pushover and I'm looking forward to this. Zeta took some of the heavy hitters from Alpha last season and I'll take a break from playing the Blaze and MPHD as we had to go through them last season. Besides putting both of our teams in the same conference, well done Bort.
