Personally I'd rather play in the WL and take my chances on 0-16 than sleepwalk through the Pro leagues (which has unfortunately been the case for a number of seasons), but I'm guessing others would rather win in the Pros.

I'd rather survive in the WL tbh. The one season we got our asses handed to us in the WL wasn't a complete loss - we just had to turn it back around in one season or we were going to lose our momentum. Most of the teams in the WL right now have spent more than one season here and keep trying to get back, so it must be somewhat enjoyable for them.

WL it, every time. I've been on a couple of teams that fell apart in their WL season, and it was still worth it.

WL is the best league in the game in a lot of ways, not just the best dots playing in it.

Which actually isn't that bad to be honest. I recruit agents first, dots second. If you do it right a lot of your recruiting should come in house and there are only a few spots to fill.

We don't win though, we just survive typically. To win you need to be elite at as many positions as possible and find a way to use those elite dots at their best. Only a few qualify there, and usually for a shorter time frame.

Even though you don't have true farm teams you still have a pretty tight group of agents if you can fill most of your spots in house every season.

everyone "met" through this game though and has other teams...and we recruit outside of that circle, but as Gart said its only a handful of dots per season.

Lincoln ends up recruiting around 6-10 dots each season from outside our traditional network of agents.

I know our playoff record is pathetic, but Indy has been one of the best regular season team for seasons I think 5 straight seasons in WL now.
