The only back who I've ever seen have that special movement ability with the ball was All day, http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=1340988&pbp_id=5227252

Barksdale has had some moves similar to that too...hes only around 85 vision tho.

Takeaway from this thread: having decent vision makes your HB a little better in a few ways. Having awful vision and putting those points into something else makes you uber.
