LOL, wasn't trying to set the rules, I just saw my post taking the type of tangent that would likely result in a lock, so asked if we would get back on topic. Ya, my post didn't help either, but my post was civil where some of the other ones were not. And ya, probably should post in the recruiting forum on this, but always get a bunch of rookies with no experience trying to get on a Gold team as a coach, so asked here first.
