i am the defensive coordintor and these are the settings that were requested. to my knowledge everyone checked in as set.
Cornerbacks
Tackling: Wrap Up
Defensive Focus: Pass
Coverage Style/Distance: Aggressive and 0
Pass Rush Style: Elusive

That looks like another example of the end zone coverage bug. http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=4398263

CB3 is in zone coverage set to semi-aggressive, and goes away from the ball

Play Type Focus: Pass
Man Coverage Cushion: -100
Coverage Style: Semi-Aggressive

The only other thing I could come up with was the VA's Awe-Inspiring/Underdog where the HB gives his opponent a huge vision penalty, but that was two different backs and I have huge doubts that is the case.
