Actually I think we will still be able to offer a short term contract. They are just taking out the q1 season thing and making them end at day 40. The short term is still an option.
Short Term, 10, 15 and 20 days so I think this still will be a go.

Maybe, but I meant that we can't offer new contracts with our PeeWee players. So this might work, but you'd have to use a non-PeeWee team that is sitting around with CPU players.

Wouldnt that work with my Minors 14 team? I can sign any level from 1-14. Pee Wee players once the season is over is level 13 and 14 so I can sign the East and ManOgwaR can sign the West. The rest we have to iron out like how do we want the game played. I love the Idea of the 2 conferences losing teams to coach the All star game like they do in the NFL.

A great example would be Lunch Box staff would guide the West All Star Game and Crackertown Staff would guide the East All Star Game. I'd make a custom field as well. Would be a lot of fun and keep Gold more active and also make Gold worth playing in. IMO

How would each of you really feel about signing a 10 day contract to play on a pro bowl team that will likely not fill up instead of being able to retire for flex or join a new team ASAP?

BTW The players going to the All Star game can keep their builds closed as well if that's something that would keep teams from submitting players. The coaches can tell just by the archtype what kind of player they are.

It's just for one game day 44. Most of the time the offseason is until day 50. Then you have a 4 game preseason. Do these days count towards the 10 day contract?

Also we can have alternates as majority of pee wee players retire each season.

Retiring is the biggest problem, don't most people want their flex so they can afford to make their players day 41? Plus, can't you only cut 2 players per day starting 6 days after they sign?

I think that's why the 2 lv14 teams involved would be all CPU players (or have all their contracts expire).

My concern is that the pro-bowlers would want to be released ASAP. 28 days before they're all released is a long time.
