I'm confused....don't we have 2 teams left here with the possibility of boosting that # with the Shockers? I would have rather D9 stayed. Pure class. Lots of great people in this forum. Thanks for the kind words. We have a fun group of guys to be around--win or lose. 16-0 in the toughest conference in GLB is a huge accomplishment, but it's not THE goal. We know we can be knocked off at any point. We've all seen 16-0 teams get knocked off in the first round. If we are fortunate enough to win that first round match-up we likely have an incredible defending Zeta champ Alpine waiting for us and we had a close game last time. Carthage had their games with us stolen from them...TWICE, so if they beat Alpine they will REALLY be extra motivated for us. Hope the lack of a season promotion doesn't bite us in the ass when it counts the most.
