lol....we could do absolutely nothing with builds on the test server until after Val's dots were all 440s and I wasn't even a tester when I worked with Hali. We were given generic teams to play with, and OMG they were generic. I do believe many of you would be upset if you saw what happens on the test server, but the reason you'd be upset is because it is so little. Don't take my word for it. check the log containing all the test games and read their descriptions

I believe that Catch is actually doing all the testing of changes and the testers are just creating baselines, though that may change in the future

I wasn't a Lead Tester (or even a tester) at the time. It was right after I sold the Maulers. I was friends with a bunch of ppl. Hell, I helped many of the top teams at that time (MEM, Benitos, Hali, OFG, Shockers and a bunch more). If I was friends with them and they asked, I did it. Hell, I even did it for a handful of teams I didn't really know. I even helped PT with his AAA team. The only issue with your statement was that I wasn't a tester until later.
