USA the first season the WL was created was the best non WL conference since the WL started. I can't see it getting to that point for at least a couple seasons.

Threads like this make you have to respect the job Hali and others have done to remain in the WL season after season. I suppose bringing up an entire farm team in one swift move is the most efficient style, but to me, there's a lot to be said for sustained success at the highest level.
