Just nowhere near the same stratosphere as a wl title. as a matter of fact, there is 1 post in the blaze forum that we were even in the final, and it was jrry asking if people still played these things

I mean, i still like the tourneys because even though the results don't really matter that much, it's still nice to play other teams whose agents you may know but they're not in your conference. Plus it gives you a few extra looks to see if there are any problems with any inputs. No harm really.

I used to like tournaments, but this season really changed my mind.

1) We played in so many that we really lost track of which one we are still in and playing for.
2) We were forced to schedule some tourney games that were on the same day as our league games.
3) Our early tourney games were mostly a waste of flex, as most of those opponents are really over matched.
4) Tourney finals or quarter finals are scheduled just before or during playoffs, we just don't have time to focus on them and really don't want to give anything away for the playoff opponents.

I think we can probably get more of just scheduling ranked scrimmages with individual teams than tournament games.

I pretty much agree. I'm at the point now, where I just want to make sure that the agents would be cool with that. I kinda feel like the tournaments are for entertainment and the agents can see their dots play in more games against the other top teams.... But we could still accomplish that via normal ranked scrims...

I'm thinking now that maybe a PRO ONLY tournament would make sense. The best Pro team only have to gameplan for a game or two and thats past day 36 or so... Plus its boring if you are running 14+ wins in a Pro league and a tourney against other Pro teams does accomplish some entertainement. I remember with HHWC in usapl it was a little more fun in the tourneys since we didnt have the WL games to worry about.
