I was building a team that would either never pass, or would only pass to a RB out of the backfield. I thought a blocking TE at the WR spot would be a better option than a blocking WR, plus they were cheaper. I was looking for better blocking on sweeps and pitches, so it made logical sense. My mistake was building a team that never passes as a pure rushing team just doesn't work, so when I switched to more of a balanced team, my personnel wasn't good for passing. Hence the reason I was surprised I went 12-4 on the season, so a 1st round exit doesn't surprise me this season.

Yeah, pretty sure it's not worth it considering OOP and the fact that you can get the same ALG's by choosing Power Receiver archetype.

I think OOP considers what you are doing in the other position as well. So a TE in a WR spot that blocks will haveless OOP than a TE in a WR spot that is going out for passes.

Same for a HB in a QB spot. A HB in the QB spot that runs the ball has less of an OOP than a HB in the QB spot that tries to pass it.

But in the end, it was a bad choice.

Why are you such a jerk to me and can't ever just say GG?

You need to cut that ego down a bit as you rarely ever said GG to anyone this season. I just went through the main GG thread and the only time you posted was...

You said GG was after you shut out the Raptors.
Complained about your 72 game win streak ending when you lost to the Panthers, never said GG.
Called Pain Nation boosters after they beat you, never said GG.
Said GG to your own 2 teams when SAS played Dirty Inc.
Said GG to the Goats when they beat you.
Called my Bears boosters after we beat you, never said GG.
Said you didn't know why or how you beat FT, never said GG.

16 games and you said an honest GG only twice with the other time when your two teams played each other? So not only are you a sore looser, you seem to be a ungrateful winner. You will never be a great owner/coach doing that as most of the great ones are humble, something you badly need to learn.

LOL...

I probably spent more time scouting that GG thread than scouting for the SAS game. My priorities are backwards...

Between recently being diagnosed with Diabetes and having a pregnant wife in her 3rd trimester, my Monday's & Tuesday mornings are filled with various appointments, just didn't have time to scout properly. To be honest, I just didn't care, my team is too FUBAR'ed this season even with the boosting & CEQ to be a contender.

Good theory, but pretty sure it's not true. One of the main reasons to have OOP is to stop the "Wildcat" with HB's running wild at QB. That, and the fact that people wanted to make a team of only kickers

I think I'll ask that at the next Q & A if you don't mind.

EDIT: Also, if you you said is true, you should have saved another 100 flex and used o linemen.
