Where's the Fanboys prediction?

You need to get a life if you're gonna use a keyboard or whatever it is that lets you type characters into the internet and leave out the Fanboys.

How's this?

New Orleans Fanboys @ Jacksonville Demon Sweat
After following the Demon Sweat down the cellar steps for the first two weeks, the Fanboys did an abrupt about face last week. This week, the give the Demon Sweat a kick in the ass to send them down a few more.
Fanboys 27 - Demon Sweat 13

A smart man no doubt.

I have something to add, I have to disagree on the Huskers Illustrated Bugeaters vs. Spokane Dream game.

Here's my prediction:
The Bugeaters will completely choke up on their own shat as it fills up to the top of their throat. This lack of oxygen, due to them being completely full of shit, will lead to their players being low on stamina. A which point, agent, Canes 30, will use his special power, the Raidenesque hat throw, which will hurt the D-Line but will completely drop the confidence rating for his Olinemen.

Bugeaters 3
Dream 75

Moral of the story, don't wear stupid looking hats.

Normally, I prefer not to make predictions on games, because anything can happen out on the field (just ask our league's preseason #1 team, the Demolition). Since no one else from the East has stepped up to do it, though, I'll give it a shot, just to get the discussion going. If I pick your team to get beat, then by all means, show me how very wrong I am today (except for Viridian -- you guys should just forfeit, thanks):

PTT Villagers @ Tennessee Fury
One of the best matchups in the East this week, this one features a pair of likely playoff teams. The Villagers ride the league's longest winning streak into this game, thanks to a punt return TD last week against my beloved LLLL, which turned out to be the deciding score. Tennessee has been playing every team right after us, matching us win-for-win (and loss-for-loss), so I'll say this one looks bad (but not too bad) for the Fury: 13-6 Villagers.

New Orleans Fanboys @ Jacksonville Demon Sweat
The Fanboys opened the season with a couple of tough outings, but Jacksonville gave up more points in their season opener than the Fanboys have given up so far this season. Jacksonville has the fewest rushing yards in the East, and they've given up 7 rushing TDs (compare that to just 13 for the other 15 Eastern teams combined!). Maybe all that Demon Sweat is making it hard to wrap up those running backs, or it's causing them to slip on the turf? At any rate, I'm not expecting Jacksonville's first win to come today: 30-3 Fanboys.

Washington Slashers @ Memphis River Rats
I really like this matchup of the East's top two seeds from last season's playoffs. Their only meeting last season went right down to the wire, with Washington losing 10-6, coming up just 2.5 yards short of the endzone as time expired. Both teams are 2-1 and are eyeing the playoffs again this season, so I expect another great game, with Washington avenging last season's loss on the strength of their passing game and opportunistic defense: 20-16 Slashers.

Seabrook Energy @ Sconnie Badgers
The Badgers have struggled offensively since their promotion from BBB, and Seabrook has shown that they can score even in their losses. In fact, Seabrook's worst scoring day so far was 6 points better than Sconnie's best scoring day. That's a bad sign for the Badgers, but taking into account their tough SOS to this point, I'm still going to stick with the Badgers today: 17-6 Badgers.

Washington Wolfpack @ Dearborn Bullitt
Dearborn reached the playoffs last season, while the Wolfpack could only watch on TV, but Washington came on strong late last season, and they've opened this season with three quality wins against arguably one of the toughest early schedules in the league. Dearborn has the most anemic offense in the conference so far, and that doesn't bode well for keeping up with a Wolfpack team that ranks among the East's best in passing yards, scoring, and scoring margin: 31-0 Wolfpack.

Philadelphia Wolves @ Langley Raptors
No team in the East gains more yards per pass attempt than the Wolves, and they'll be facing a Langley team that is worst in the conference in passing yards/TDs allowed. The Wolves have given up some points to opponents this season, but I don't see the Raptors scoring enough to come out on top today: 34-6 Wolves.

Viridian Vanguards @ Lizard Lick Lizard Lickers
Those sneaky bastards, the Vanguards, have brought in some ringers just in time for their game with us, clearly a desperation move on their part after their emasculating shutout by the Badgers. OK, so technically they weren't too sneaky, since Sir Galahad pointed out the trades beforehand, and the Vanguards probably aren't so desperate at 2-1, plus they did embarrass us on our home field last season (don't think we've forgotten, either -- we've been waiting a long time to avenge that loss). This one will be a close, low-scoring game, but I predict LLLL tops Freddie Mercury and company (c'mon, you really think I'm going to pick against my own team?): 13-9 Lizard Lick.

New England Red Celtics @ Buffalo Daggers
These two teams may both be 1-2, but as I ought to know (thanks a lot, Wolfpack and Villagers), that doesn't mean these guys can't play. This game will get ugly, because neither team wants to be put in a 1-3 hole. I'm predicting a close one: 14-13 Daggers.

Only thing stopping us this time is the chemistry hit we took from that trade. As for being sneaky, I think the two thousand plus PMs I've sent to FAs and owners to attempt to sign or trade for players would make up for the so called "sneaky turn of events", Weiss

I hope we have a great game like last season. Great write up, Weiss.

I'm hoping you're right about the Wolves this week, it'd be very nice to get off to a 4-0 start especially in this very tough eastern conference

I hope you're right about our game vs. Memphis, but I don't think we're going to score 20 points on them.

I don't think anyone ever has, actually. We're hoping to make it a defensive war, as that's the only way we'll have a shot at winning!

Good game Raptors. The Wolves are off to a 4-0 start this season, my guys are really exceeding my expectation, I can't wait to see how they'll do once we all boost
