METHOD-
Have you ever built a DT? 63 pass rushing bar means hes got probably 80+ STR and around 72-77 AGI. The SSB guy should have 85+ STR and 77ish AGI. Meaning he should have around 69 in the pass rush bar. Im betting the SSB is a 4-1 cap build and will get smoked as soon as regular builders 7-1 cap their second major and start dominating roles. A DT at this level will constantly drop under effective level and back over until he starts getting monster ALGs.
