Not to mention a lot of this has to do with your Cs, Ks, Ps having super high eff sp. If you have a young kicker or punter (which doesn't matter that much) then it can lower it a fair amount. Same with having more offensive/defensive lineman rather than more other positions with traditionally lower eff sp

But as cav mentioned, 72equipment is a big deal that isn't accounted for as well as +3att aeq instead of just +1 and then always the aeq/va coordination.
