Zeta got 9 returning WL teams, Alpha got 7. But of the 7 new teams in Zeta, 5 of them are the league champs.

As far as Matrix:

Alpha:
3,7,8,9,10,13,15,17,20,21,22,23,31,48,60,105

Zeta:
1,2,4,5,6,11,12,16,18,19,28,30,41,47,63,97

It would probably be neat to show an average rating for each but that would take a little more time to write down.
