This statement on the fool me once end makes sense and has been tried before. Personally, on the fool me twice (and 3 times, and 4 and so on) end I believe it is a virtual impossibility at this point. The amount of effort spent to police/avoid it all is now greater than the amount of time it takes to maintain a private forum and just enjoy the sim.

Just my $.02, adjusted for inflation, deflation and stagnation.

Vegas to the APL forums is like water to a finished basement. Your first reaction is how the hell did this get in here. Next you realize clean up is going to be a bitch. Then after gutting your basement because of the damage you take all the precautionary steps to prevent it from happening again.

LOL had a chance to prevent the APL forums from "flooding" unfortunately we didn't realize the havoc the "flood" would cause so we're now aware of the potential damage and prepared should the "flood" situation happen again.

1. Hokie comes here, not on his lil private cave thread quotes one of my predictions, I respond.
2. Zbuck, comes on here, other then his cave PF thread and says LOL could have kept out the ABD, but didn't but next time will, I respond, and I am the bad guy? I think half of you are nuts. Do you know what season LOL could have kept ABD from the APL, do you know how they could have? I will tell you by losing the last game of the season, meaning "throwing the game" that is the truth, and I have no problem reminding with facts that are the truth.
