For what little it's worth, I've always thought Gart is one of the best owners in the game. Nit trying to sound like an ass, but I've been lucky enough to be a part of many of the top teams in GLB. I'd be hard pressed to vote on just one, but I'd also be hard pressed to vote anyone before Gart
