You are probably right, but that team to me will win somewhere between 5-7 games.......They lost to much.

I'm a die hard Seahawks fan, so I already know it will be a long season. Although, I'm pretty happy with the off season they had, and at least they seem to be heading in the right direction.

They'd never need both and Davis would be the backup. He's a 1 trick pony that can't change directions. Go watch his highlights, his TDs all came on identical plays. I give the Cardinals 7-8 wins. Their offense though needs Beanie and Hightower to seriously step it up. Leinart can't carry the team like Warner did especially without Fitz. The Cardinals don't have a great pass blocking OL, Warner made it look respectable because of his quick release and his elite ability when it came to reading blitzes. Dansby will also be really missed. The Cardinals are in for a tough season if Leinart has to try and carry the team.

IDK man, I've watch Vernon Davis since the get go, yes alot of his big plays came on stream routes but who can cover those against him? Another thing is yes he wasnt real good at the route running thing his first few seasons but last season he did show up in nearly every game, in 11 of his 16 games he had over 40 yards receiving. Not to mention the season before last he was the 1st alternate in the Pro Bowl based mostly on his blocking skills, he's been considered the best blocking TE in the league for 3 seasons now he's came around to be the best all round tight end in the league.

To say that Jermichael Finley is better then vernon davis is borderline retarded, simply because the things you say Finley are wasnt shown last season in 8 of his 16 games Finley had less then 40 yards receiving, noted he must of missed 3 games due to injury which show's he's not as durable but still only counting 5 of his 13 games played still Davis whoops his tail in every cataglory avaliable. Not to mention Davis is a much better blocker and Finley plays on a team that had a better all round cast on offense. In general Davis only played in 2 games that he didnt score a td or have at least 40 plus yards receiving.

He's 3 years younger than Davis and has MUCH MUCH MUCH more potential as a receiving TE. To the comment about who can cover Davis on those routes? Quite a few LBs covered him quite effectively on those routes. Davis is fast and is a great jumper with strong hands BUT he can't run routes. If you are any player relied on as a receiver and you can't run routes effectively, you will never be anything great. As teams see more of Davis's limited skillset, you'll see his production decline because he really did rely on 1 route for almost all of his catches.

Im not sure you know what your talking about,Alot of davis TDs came on that same route but not all of his catches. I wont argue with you about it we'll just see whos better at the seasons end.
