I believe his rankings factor in how strong your team's performances have been compared to the rest of the teams in the league. I do not believe his #2 ranking to be correct in an overall sense vs. other teams, but rather how strong the team's performances have been compared to the rest of the league. Then he ranks those results compared to the rest of Oceana. It seems to be nothing but an extension of the league by league rankings.
