Check me as I'm sure I messed this up. I have New guys with 2 wins and old guard with 7. So, that's Old guys 6-2 this week making it 15-3 so far, right?

Good question. I was considering it basically 1st season in Gold as new school. So, if you're in your second season, then you're the old guard.

The learning curve in Gold is fast and furious.

If you weather the storm for a year your old school.

I think more a three teir system. Old School, normal gold and rookie. I tend to think of old school as anybody thats been in from gold season 1 or 2. Then theres the middle crowd and then this seasons rookies. For those poor guys theres usually a learning curve, and usually a lack of love and respect.

Since FT is typically a new team, hopefully we can give that team a boost. That is sort of awkward, though, to be considered a noob to Gold

So what are we if we were in gold for the first 3 seasons, out for 2, and now back - lol?

I would disagree on that point. Simply because much of the 'new blood' discussion stems from the fact that newly promoted teams don't necessarily understand the difference between Silver and Gold, whereas the 'old' teams know how to get it done in the big show. Since CEP wouldn't be subjected to the same newbie learning curve, no way are they new blood.

Crap, I had a meeting last night and then forgot to update this. I'll have to go back and click on the games one at a time now. My bad. Stay tuned and I will update.
