It's easier to find a replacement QB (can probably, with good recruiting, pick up another 16+ QB with customs and boosts and good build) than a good OT (11+ with customs and boosts and good build).

Now my OT is a lvl 18 (he used 1 boost) and the QB is a lvl 22, so it's a closer trade. But the thing is the team that he was traded to had lost it's first 2 games and won with my lvl 18 OT on it
