Well, this inspired me to take a peak, though way too early to really say:
Kenya Diggits....look solid, but too young for this ssn
Wallachia Wamphyri...looks darn good, but also a bit young at a few key positions
Cagliari Outbreak....looks like they good be damn good in ssn 17
Sahara Storm....damn
Fulham Flying Hellfish....young side
Nile Crocodiles....young side
Nairobi Death Squad,,,interesting mix of youth and age
Zambezi Silverbacks....Currently in trouble from a numbers standpoint, which I believe they mentioned they were concerned about, GL with that, sincerely!
CWE....Young, but you know they are OMG tight builds, which also shows in their ave lvl of 60 and effective lvl of 72
Massawa Redhorns.....No where even remotely close to as bad/young as DSL lead me to believe....tricky bastard
Uganda Silverbacks...Need about 10 more dots, but look p damn tough
Somali Pirates....May just be Husker's ssn
LOL...Total Player Count: 44 (Avg Lv 63). Avg Player Value: 1011.93 (Effective Lv 74) damn, just damn
Pretoria Crusaders....Not looking bad at all. I'm thinking PO team
IRONTON TANKS...If they can bring in the right 10 dots????
Cybertron War Machine....Looks like if they hold this group together that they could make some noise in ssn 17

As I said, impossible to tell right now, but I think Sahara is the favorites, with the Pirates, LOL, CWE & Uganda all within striking distance, if they do well with the rest of off ssn.

Ele, looks like a cluster yet again....At a glance, I'm thinking, in no particular order, I'm thinking:
Stu Blames Zimbabwe
Carthage Mad Clash
Swaziland Dachshunds
Preds
SoA
Kiev (if they can do some solid mega recruiting)
Ivory Coast Breakers (dark horse, but look p damn good at a glance)
WWR (I'm going to put them in here, but their dots all seem to be old or very young...nothing in between, but they appear to be good builds. Better plan on being a run only team again, though, as they are currently too young at QB and will get in trouble if they throw, unless they pick up a vet there, which is very possible)
GRiTs (young, look deadly in ssn 17, but old enough that this ssn's boost should put them in contention...That, and, though I REALLY like Randey as a DC -mad respect there- and several others here are very good, I happen to believe Brutus is the best DC in APL)

If forced to guess, I'd put the PO pic as such

Well that is nothing different than the last two seasons and we see what being the favorite has gotten them! I'll take the best OC and DC in APL and say GRiTs are back in the WPL next season...
