System is still broke as it favors teams in the worst Silver Conferences. I offer no solutions, just pointing out the obvious.

Agree. In the s7 forum they're already talking about burning the place down if Hartford makes it into Gold. They went 15-1 in s7 East and made it to the championship. However if they were in the West they likely would have been the 6th or 7th seed. Nothing against them, I think they're nice guys, but it I use them because they're a good example.
But as you point out, nobody can really think of a better solution that is fair w/o making a silver ladder-style hierarchy to climb.

Yeah, I saw that score in S7 and just laughed. The S7 championship was decided when you beat Crib -- my dots were sad. We thought we had you this time.

Hey Hey Hey, I'd like to think that had I made it through the Shock I'd have given FT a lot better of a game than 70something to 0

Only if you boosted.

In there defense they didn't adjust at all during any of the season, minus a few minor changes, so maybe when they apply themselves they can JUST miss the playoffs.

absolutely certain that nobody could have put 70 points up on that team, played some of, if not the highest powered offenses in peewee, and hardly gave up more than 40 despite a 3 level/ce disadvantage....

Looking back I'd agree with you (that it was decided and I thought this was Crib's year). At the time, though, I certainly wouldn't have considered NOWD a gimme by any means, but I do think Crib was a better team this year.
