That's just wrong... There's only so much you can to avoid those types of games though...

It's reverse psychology, the fans will pay to watch them get their asses beat.

I think Bort should take really bad teams and put them into a league of their own and not allow high level players to join without significant xp penalty, and he should take the teams that are head and shoulders above their leagues and put them into a league. This idea of two teams advancing every season doesn't bring parity because someone always guts their team and moves to the BBB level or newly created league to feel uber about themselves.

Sportsmanship sort of affects this, but you're right.

I'm on the Omaha Beef, and we're way out of our league due to the team being gutted and sold. Instead of crying about it I'm trying to get most of our guys to develop their players right since the majority of the teams are around level 8s. We're also trying to try different tactics and settings just because. Most of us have accepted the inevitable but it's tough. Our owner is fair and allow those who want to jump the shark to go.

Hardest part is keeping the human morale up. Most guys are new to this and losing 111-0 is hard to explain.

We'll be better though.

I strongly dissagree. Even the NFL has the Miami Dolphins. This system of advancement will work out fine. caviate being folks stop gutting teams above us.

We'll be better though. Yeah there is no doubt you guys are in a tight spot right now.The best you can do is work on your players and look forward to brighter days.I wish your team all the best in your efforts to improve.

thanks for the support. i have a lot more invested since I committed my QB, created a couple of other needed positions for the team.

i've been fortunate to be on a couple of teams that were already good and the current team my other players are on are built w/ a group of friends so it makes life a bit easier.

i wanted a challenge and i'm sure getting one.
