As ST, self taught. As an OC, I learned the ropes from leuan and then am self-taught the fine tuning stuff.

ST pretty much self taught with the help from various guides found on the GLB site.
OC I've had a tremendous amount of help and guidance from LordEvil. I just wish I had heeded his advice to learn OC back when ACS was in Copper instead of waiting until we got to Gold to learn. Wasn't a smart move on my part.
EDIT: I thought it important to add as well, the help I've gotten from LE is not restricted to just offense. It has been an over all mentoring of being an owner, coach, tactician, scout, recruiter and a lot of little things that go into heading up a successful team. Sometimes I can be a lunkhead on learning, but I make progress. All I know is, I am appreciative and thankful of the efforts LE has made for me and ACS.

Grenadiers are actually self taught but a lot of teams helped us indirectly because I was able to watch their replays and learned from them. There weren't actually any team that directly guided our team.
Fighting Gamecocks were the first team I was involved in PW and they were nice to let me stay up to this date. So I was mostly on the sideline and was able to learn from them. I really like the FG since they got me really interested in the game but we are like an entirely different team. I didn't want to copy them and have an easy way out. FG is like a finesse team, MG is quite the opposite and one of the most physical team in PW.
I already DCed for one of the top pro league teams so knew a lot about game planning but LSM is probably the team I learned the most as far as game planning goes. We still use some of the schemes they used way back in S12 when they won the gold league. And after that I learned a lot from watching replays from mostly SBWL and He Hate Me!!. So all in all, it was those 4 teams that helped the Grenadiers.
It's 2 out of 4 so Jkid isn't far off but I think LSM probably influenced our team the most. Funny part is, they didn't even knew about it until I told them recently lol.
Also, if you want to go by tree, we definitely had a teacher-student relationship with C3L. I gave Moogz tons of tips via PMs and let them use a lot of our builds/tactics and earlier on they mimicked the way we recruited our players. Now they are good enough be on their own and I'm really proud of them.

I learned offense from my former co-owner sigmagicmike. Most dot building from Deertag, LE, or RK.
Can't believe you had to edit to add RK on here. I mean you have a private forum dedicated to all the advice he gave you not to mention the fact that you just cut and pasted his player tactics from his teams forum to yours.
