Don't know what to tell you, other than all of my players are 25 with an effective of 24, and all of my higher level guys have always been better than that. It's not like our builds are anywhere near rounded out yet...

true. we choose to get a head start on VAs. Most of my teams have done that the past several seasons. Had some guys boost a level early, but it shouldn't hurt us much. The lower level trophies are fun and all, but not exactly the end goal.
