I guess everyone is asking whay the hell am I telling you this??? Because even with all the positive aspects of this team, we cant find ANYONE who would join us this season, I signed 8 new players and sent 324 contracts! and 4 of those playerswere from the same agent, so actually we signed 4 new agents, that's 2.5% signing rate.

I even tried signing less than average players just to get warm bodies on the field so my starters wouldnt get killed in the 2nd half. Even those crap builds took other offers, I cant believe guys take more monry over better teams, I can understand why teams keep folding in uncapped levels.

No offense but you need better recruiters.

29 of your 52 players are already in decline. What exactly do you plan on doing next season? Gonna have quite a few roster spots to fill. Good luck recruiting then.

Obviously he hasnt needed to recruit heavily lately, our wholw team has been built from recruiting from day one, the game has changed son, Duckfan is right, wait until you need to recruit next season with all your guys long in the tooth, its not even about being a good recruiter anymore.

Not to this extent. My god, Nietzsche has 11 guys in decline and they have been with your team for at least 4 seasons already. It sure would be nice not having to worry about a quarter of your roster every season. Well, it's time to worry now.

Niet was the owner of our team until yesterday. Most of his players don't start. We don't have a farm team. Never have. We recruit every season. If your sending out 200+ offers and getting 5 agents your clearly doing something wrong. Cant imagine how you don't understand that.
