You may very well suck at it but recruiting flat out sucks. I was talking to someone about that last night. The guy I was talking to and myself are very well connected with a bunch of top builders in GLB. Therefore, we have a big advantage over a lot (really, most) of owners in recruiting. It's a fuckton easier to recruit a "friend" than a stranger, and it still sucks for us. I started around week 4 last ssn and I bet there wasn't 4 days that I wasn't either looking for or talking to someone about bringing a dot to D9. I can't even imagine how hard it is for the majority, who don't have a bunch of "friends" to hit up for dots. Of all the dots I brought in, I only didn't know the agent before recruiting him on 7. That sounds like a lot, until you consider I turned over around 35 dots.
