Berlin Kreuzberg Red Stars @ Freedom Town Band of Brothers
The only question I have is.... Berlin..what in THE HELL HAPPENED? The clear favorite for the Championship imo, and they got beat in week 1 of the playoffs. Hey, I'm sure we don't need to relive that memory do we Freedom? All I know is that Berlin is going to be looking to steamroll through the competition like a starved Hyena! Enjoying it in laughter all the way. Freedom is a well built team though and I can guarantee they're not talking Berlin lightly. This'll be a lights out barn burner folks, put the women and the children to bed because this one is about to get nasty!
Good write up Jack, thanks bro! Good to see someone do some write ups here again as you know I will have some preseason rankings to add on and so fourth! Sorry for the inactive off-season gents! GL everyone...

Minor correction: We only lost in round two of the playoffs last season. Not sure that would count as week 1. I had used up all my offensive gunpoweder against the Moscow Mad Cows in our regular season encounter, and they adjusted superbly to everything we did well in the first game. Now, I had anticipated that they would adjust, and the new stuff I included in our gameplan tanked without exception. Add to that some pretty awesome gameplanning by them against our D, and you have the short version of why we lost. So far in Red Stars history, we have always found a way to lose in the playoffs...
