Right now there is nothing to show that a team even made it here once they are gone.
A WL star or some such for every season here at the top of the trophy case.

I can't take credit for the idea, as I read it in a suggestion a while back. Someone may have even posted it in this forum. Unfortunately no one who matters seems to give a crap.

I always wanted a bronze medal game...Olympics-style....for the conference championship losers.

Exactly my outlook. Competing against the best teams in the game is what I want, doing the best we can is what we'll do. If we don't have much success, no pride lost imho. These teams are the best of the best. If we have a respectable season, so much the better.
