In EEPL Shortbus Allstars is the best team without a doubt. In the other conference C-town (i have 13 dots on them) faces Stewart Ballers. Regular season game was a close one. None in EEPL is declining promotion

I really have no idea why declining the promotion to WL is still an option. If you want to drop down, put in your request to demote to AA or the cloud and take your stadium lumps. Otherwise, promotion as per eligibility.
