dont put too much stock in scrimmages, we played a ton of zone, and changed up our blitzing and moved players out of position to see how they played in our scrimmages.

We made the playoffs last year, lost all our scrimmages and then started back up this year with a W.

the first few weeks are the hardest, then teams finally start to settle, plus I know a few teams have made changes, and a few will be losing players as the season rolls on. Look at the mustangs last season, they steadily got worse as they lost their stars.

Have to put in my thanks as well for the Power Rankings again this season. Fun to read.

Goats are off to a slow start but i'm thinking they're a solid conference contender, no way they're not going to the playoffs anyway. Same with the Brew Crew. Beating the Goats will be huge for the Cardinals, it's a must have and everything will be pulled out for this game.

The goatse aren't really off to that slow a start ,they just Have the most difficult opening schedule they can have, but i wouldnt be surprised to see them go 14-2

I like D.C.'s ranking. Tough to see where we really stand after that game.
