Less than 5 wins in the next 6 games is going to make it very difficult to finish .500. Their next opponent isn't likely to give anything away. Next Up: MaRawk!! o

Great write up arcadecowboy and insight on the Black Knight. Thanks for taking the time to write these up. I'm hoping you can get that chemistry up fast and because its not going to get any easier for us.

The script put some kinda stupid rankings in there, so I moved things around.

14 ........ 15 ........ 14 ........ 0.750 ........ Nigerian Nightmares (0-4) Some higher leveled players, but still one of the lowest avg. level teams in AAA2, and need time to mature. Avoided relegation in '13 -- they've got a good shot to pull it off again in '14. Next up: The Dead Presidents.

.

You nailed it on the head man. Team is staying together thats a no brainer with this group. But do we add talent to assure staying in AAA? Or can we stay as is and squeak it out?

That is the question!!!

Look on the bright side Rook, at least you aren't really trying and still here!

Also: I almost sent one of your LB an offer in the offseason but you accepted another offer while I was working on it!

Not much change since the top 8 won while the bottom 8 lost.

1 Angola Blood Diamonds (5-0) Angola coasted against the ghost ship Sahara, 223-0, staying atop the rankings. Next game: The Dogs of War (3-2)

2 Mayotte Metal Militia (5-0) Won 114-0 over the Deutschland Doom. Mayotte faces their toughest challenge of the season to date next game, as Uganda comes to town. The Metal Militia held off the Silverbacks 30-27 last season in AA3. Expect another brawl tomorrow. Next game: Uganda Silverbacks (5-0)

3 Ivory Coast Breakers (5-0) Ivory Coast had little trouble last week, downing Barcelona 127-0. They look to coast again this week. Next game: P-Town Ballaz (0-5).

4 Kalahari Bushmen (4-0) In most games so far, the AA3 promotees are proving to be little trouble for their elder brethren. The Bushmen downed Santa Ana last week in convincing fashion, 81-35. Kalahari's Bo "Knows" Jackson ran for 217 yds on 26 carries as the Bushmen racked up 726 total yds on Santa Ana. Next game: Barcelona Blaze (1-4).

5 Uganda Silverbacks (5-0) No contest vs the Dogs of War last week as Uganda rolled up a 35-0 2nd quarter lead before the Dogs even got on the scoreboard. HB Gorilla Your a Desperado was virtually unstoppable, with 297.5 yds on 17 carries. Next game: Mayotte Metal Militia (5-0)

6 MaRAWK!! o (3-2) MaRawk rolled the Black Knights 112-0. HB Sapp Tooslow ran for 121 yds on 15 carries, and added 215 receiving yds and 4 TDs on 8 catches. Next week: The Dead Presidents (3-2)

7 Kilimanjaro Sting (3-2) Broke the scoreboard vs P-Town, racking up 126 in the 4th Q alone. Next week: Sahara ShadowChasers (1-4)

8 The Dead Presidents (3-2) rolled the Nigerian Nightmares 151-0, racking up over 1000 net yds while holding the Nightmares to 2. Things get a little tougher next week: MaRawk!! o (3-2)

9 Dogs of War (3-2) Not a good game vs the Uganda Silverbacks last week, falling 14-84. Expect things to get worse before they get better. Next game: Angola Blood Diamonds (5-0)

10 Santa Ana Swine Flu (0-5) Lost 35-81 to Kalahari. Despite getting 13 hurries on the Bushmen QB, the Swine Flu were just unable to land a hit on him. After getting battered in the first five weeks, Santa Ana has to be wondering when they'll get a breather -- or at least a competitive game. It should be a good one to watch next week: Covington Black Knights (2-3)

11 Covington Black Knights (2-3) A big loss MaRawk!! o, 0-112, the Black Knights also have to be looking forward to next week's game: Santa Ana (0-5)

12 Barcelona Blaze (1-4) The Blaze ship went down off the Ivory Coast, 0-127. Another tough game next week: Kalahari Bushmen (5-0)

13 Deutschland Dööm (2-3) 14 net yds vs Mayotte last week had to be a dull affair for the Doom. Should be a more entertaining matchup next week: Nigerian Nightmares (0-5)

14 Nigerian Nightmares (0-5) If last week's dotballgame was any scientific indication, dead people are more of a threat to modern welfare and happiness than scary dreams. Expect the Nightmares to get much more than 2 net yds next game, and expect both teams to enjoy a much higher entertainment factor: Deutschland Doom (2-3)

15 Sahara ShadowChasers (1-4) Sahara's 0-223 loss vs ABD was more impressive than P-Town's 0-255+ loss to Kilimanjaro last week, so the ShadowChasers rise up a notch. Hulk Blazing picked up about 65 total yds on 54 touches. fwiw. Next up: Kilimanjaro

16 P-Town Ballaz (0-5) Not much of a fight vs the Kilimanjaro Sting. P-Town gained -128.5 yds (that's a negative). Another shellacking on the horizon: Ivory Coast (5-0)

1 Uganda Silverbacks (6-0) Big win over Mayotte means a big jump up from no.5 for the Silverbacks. That's right, sexy ones, I'm putting the target right on your shiny backs. Personal experience also comes into play here, as my Dogs hung on longer against Mayotte and ABD than Uganda, who began wiping the floor with us from the coin toss. In their 43-21 win over Mayotte, Uganda built up a 29-7 halftime lead over MMM and never looked back. An absolutely dominant defensive performance led by DE Chicken Hawk (12 sacks!) harassing MMM QB Testicouilleverte all day long. Gorilla Your a Desperado provided offensive sparks, racking up 173.5 yds on 12 touches. Next game: a mismatch vs the Deutschland Doom (2-4).

2 Angola Blood Diamonds (6-0) ABD wins by 44 and drops a spot? What is this, the BCS rankings? ABD completely shut down the Dogs' passing game (32%, ugh!) and made the right plays when it counted. And ABD had the ball over 45 minutes in this game; Dogs: 14 minutes. They'll get their shot to reclaim the top spot in three weeks as Uganda comes to town. However, a big game just around the bend, and a dominating win could vault them back up. Next game: Mayotte Metal Militia (5-1)

3 Ivory Coast Breakers (6-0) A broken scoreboard vs P-Town in a virtual bye week. More of the same next week: Sahara ShadowChasers (1-5)

4 Kalahari Bushmen (6-0) The Bushmen's O-Line dominated and the high fructose corn syrup flowed as the pancakes piled up in a 86-7 win vs the Barcelona Blaze. WR Marquis Magic man Maze caught 9 passes for 158.5 yds, and HB Billy Bob Bocepus bogarted nearly all the TDs -- getting 8 of them, despite only 15 rushes and 49 total yds. -- Although the lowest ranked of the unvanquished teams, the season 12 AA3 champion Bushmen should have a playoff spot locked up before they have to face one of the others. Next game: P-Town (0-6)

5 MaRAWK!! o (3-2) Up a notch after a convincing 45-17 win over The Dead Presidents, leaning heavily on HB Drill Bit: 33 rushes 208.5yds and an Al-Bundy-like 4 TDs in one high school football game. MaRawk looks to be back on track after those two early season losses. Next up: Nigerian Nightmares (1-5)

6 Mayotte Metal Militia (5-1) QB Testicouilleverte was hurried 26 times, sacked 16, and that was a big part of the 21-43 loss to Uganda. Dropped all the way from the 2 spot after the loss. Harsh? Maybe. Probably. This is a very good team, but the voters are fickle and emotional. And considering (since the Dogs lost) no team they've beaten has a winning record, they'll have to work their way back up. They'll get their chance ASAP, though. Next up: Angola (6-0)

7 Kilimanjaro Sting (4-2) The Sting extended their win streak to four games with a 149-0 pasting of Sahara. A little bit more of a challenge next week, but the Sting are still clear favorites. Next up: Dogs of War (3-3)

8 The Dead Presidents (3-3) a 17-45 loss to MaRawk!! o was surely a disappointment, but doesn't lose TDP any ground in the rankings as they outgained MaRawk 426 to 402.5, but lost the turnover battle 0-4. Expect TDP to stay strong as ever next week. Next game: Santa Ana (1-5)

9 Santa Ana Swine Flu (1-5) Finally broke into the W column with a 35-31 victory over the Covington Black Knights. HB Hands McBack ran for 279 yds on 28 carries in helping to wear down the Black Knights' D. Still no let up in the schedule as next up: The Dead Presidents (3-3)

10 Dogs of War (3-3) ABD held the DoW to their lowest scoring output of the season, downing the Dogs 3-47 and absolutely dominating the time of possession. The Dogs will definitely have to re-tool if they expect to stay in the playoff hunt. Next game: Kilimanjaro (4-2)

11 Covington Black Knights (2-4) A close game against Santa Ana, but fell short 31-35. Should be another good game next week, winnable for either team. Next game: Barcelona Blaze (1-5)

12 Barcelona Blaze (1-5) Lost 7-86 to the Bushmen, the Blaze are part of the junior division of the conference that seem to have been promoted a little too early (starting with Santa Ana and lower in this week's rankings?). The Blaze have a fighting chance of chalking up another win next week. Next up: Covington (2-4)

14 Nigerian Nightmares (1-5) Definitely an entertaining game last week as the Nightmares and the Doom went to OT - with the Nightmares coming away with their first win of the season on a 35 yd Morten Bahr FG: 23-20. The Nightmares did a great job of keeping pressure on the Doom QB, helping to pull out the W and moving up a spot. Next up: MaRawk!! o (4-2)

14 Deutschland Dööm (2-4) Maybe a loss, but much more value for the price of a game ticket, losing a tight one in OT to the Nightmares, 20-23. Chad Nemo caught 10 passes for 146 yds and 1 TD, but in the end, it wasn't enough. An almost impossible task next week as a rough stretch of games come up for the Doom. Next up: Uganda (6-0)

15 Sahara ShadowChasers (1-5) Sold out game against the Sting, I guess. Sold some concessions to keep that bank account rising, which is the point, right? I guess. Next up: Ivory Coast (6-0)

16 P-Town Ballaz (0-6) Not much of a fight vs Ivory Coast. P-Town gained -71.5 yds (that's a negative). Another shellacking on the horizon: Kalahari Bushmen (6-0)
