When Africa was first introduced, a guy that owned Rwanda gutted a USA team and brought all of these really high lvl guys over. We were all livid!! There was no way they should have done it, and Bort was going to let it play out. After enough complaints Bort finally took the team back, and I'm not sure if the guy was given a new team or what. We all felt like we were cheated out of our cash, I was looking for a complete refund and a high spot on the waiting list.

And yeah people were not happy since many of the teams that came in had level 8-12 starters and that team was pretty much all around level 16 or something. There was another team similar to this, but didn't apparently gut another team, just had an entire roster full of his high level players.
They didn't succeed however as most know, and the owner eventually sold (this year in fact) and tried to gut the team (dumping large bonus's on players before cutting them to leave no money in the team coffers) but was caught.
