I'll admit it's a complete homer pick, but I'm taking Saints. Total points: 59 (thinkin' 31-28).

Saints 41, Colts 44 (OT)

The Saints are overrated. They had a weak ass schedule and limped into the post season. They can't use the Colts excuse that they were pulling all of their players either. They dropped their last 3 games... one was a home loss to an overrated Dallas, one was a loss to Carolina that made the Panthers end .500, and the other was a putrid loss to the lowly Bucs. Horrible. Add to that the near loss they had against St. Louis and their record really isn't that impressive. They were completely outclassed by the Vikings but the Vikes carelessness with the ball cost them badly. Still, despite being outgained on the ground, outgained in the air, nearly doubled up on total yardage, giving the vikings 9+ minutes more of possession time, and taking 9 penalties for 88 yards, they managed to pull out a win. I will tell you this: typically when you win the turnover margin 5 to 1 you don't need to go to OT to pull off the W..

Yup, nobody thinks highly of Brady and the 3 Superbowl rings that he has brought to Boston. What is Manning in the playoffs now, 9-9 with an epic choke on the biggest stage tonight? What basis does anyone have to take Manning? His playoff performances have been average at best...Are you that foolish? Plus, in a big game I would take a few others over Manning as well, players that can perform in the clutch. Big Ben last season, when he led his team to a huge 4th quarter victory and Brees today. Manning is just another Marino, a stat whore in the regular season who couldn't get it done in the playoffs. You people have to start separating fantasy football from real football and the fact that winning counts....
