Thanks for the write-up. Always fun to read, argue over, get offended by, then cry in a corner afterwards whimpering "Oh yeah? I'll show them..... ::sniff::"

sounds like there is a deeper issue there to me...

I didn't even mention the heavy drinking, hardcore drug use, and cutting so I can feel something....anything......
I'm looking forward to seeing what these new teams have to offer! Looks like the APL got a little stronger.
I just saw that the Dryden Blue Balls went CPU? What happened there (or is this old news)???
They merged with my old team The Stuttgart Blitzkrieg. Stuttgart kept bouncing from World League and EEPRO the last 3-4 seasons and with aging dots felt that it best to merge.

Ah... Ok. Makes sense, just had no idea what was up.

Thanks for the writeup RJ. We are very good at some spots (think our D may be one of the best in APL this ssn), good in others and OK in a few spots. No BS appraisal, we'll most likely take some lumps this regular ssn. The nice thing is that between chem and some youngsters, we should keep getting better as the ssn rolls along, peaking in the POs (unlike last ssn when we went down hill from day 1). I'm confident that we'll make the POs, but I'd be kind of surprised if we host a game. However, I wouldn't want to play us in the POs either. I think we could be a fairly dangerous team by then.
Looking over the new teams, I think APL did indeed get tougher this ssn.
I haven't looked at the team at all, but I would be shocked if we didn't host a playoff game (most likely host them all). Chemistry isn't as big of a deal as people make it out to be and ours will be in the 60s by the time the season actually starts. MoD had no problem with their chemistry last season. Dakar's was pretty damn low as well, but we went out of the gate strong. chemistry likely isn't coded correctly. someone should bug test that shit.

For the most part I agree. I didn't want to write this, because it's nice to have a ready made excuse to fall back on and blame everything on, but I think chem is mostly just that.
My understanding of chem is that for every 10 chem you're down it's a 1% hit to player skills (don't quote me on this because I may be off, and I'm a bit confused as to how overall chem vs O or D chem is figured). As it stands now, we'll probably fall somewhere around 60 chem to start the ssn. That would mean a 4% hit to skills. Even if I'm right, that sucks, but isn't the end of the world. Where it really comes into play is when you're playing teams that are very close to being equal or you're not as good as the other. It just makes it harder for GPing to overcome someone else.
What I noticed last season was that when our chemistry was below 70 Overall we struggled badly...4 of our 5 losses were to teams that would not have beaten us at the end of the season, so I would argue that chemistry does play a factor at certain levels. Factor in our newly added lower level players as well, and I think that compounded the issue a little bit but that is an opinion.
