Maybe you should read Bort's posts on this. I hope he makes it so that any player over a level 10 to 12 who plays on an expansion team gets a minimal amount of experience for it- as a former basketball player I can testify I got zero experience when I'd go out and play with my younger brothers and their friends, why should you get experience playing with level 7s?

And I still don't follow your logic- I have four players who would dominate this league but it never occured to me to demote them.

And I'll bet your QB signed for the minimum too, right?

Ok, maybe the Raiders wouldn't be ringers.

WHAT???? I've been a Raiders fan forever, Bubba!!! Of COURSE we'd dominate the CFL!! Hell, we already do that two man in motion stuff all the time just like they do, only in the CFL it's not a penalty!!

Anyway looking at your avatar I'll bet you're a Bengals fan huh? My advice to you is don't wear that Tiger costume to the Coliseum pal. Raiders fans don't like cute.

There is only one Asian league and I am under the impression that East-central Asia is suppose to be encompassed into the all encompassing Southeast Asian leagues. I might be wrong, but I guess it is not that big of a deal to me at least. Good luck everyone.

I have a level 17 QB and it has never occured to me once to bring him to the Mustangs.

The Montville Mustangs will be good this year and be competitive. I don't know if we'll win it all but I know we're going to be good.

Shanghia United FC will be very good also.

There are a few teams in Alpha that will have me sweating out game plans for... and yours is definitely one of them.

My only hope for this season is that the Surabaya Fighting Sura can give you all some good competition.

Oy, our closing game is against them. We play most of the tough teams. And randomly, I consider Japan part of Southeast Asia, which includes Kyoto. But I don't like the Kamikazees, I'm standing up for myself.

Actually, you're quite right Airhead, I did sign my QB for the minimum. Gave him the 30k he needed for his new equipment, like I'd do for every player who hit level 16 (though, it would usually be 50k).

Again, I want the player I create to play for my team. That's just how I prefer it. It's why my level 7s are on my team too.

Yes, I saw Bort's post and I hardly cared. My guys could be level 20 or level 1 and the experience hardly matters to me.

People play this game differently and have different viewpoints than you my friend. Don't judge someone because you think they're trying to stack their team. Hell, my team is in the middle of the conference concerning level. But good try. I guess everyone here cheats and you're the only legitimate manager.

lolwut? Ok, This whole penalties in exp for higher level players is a load of BS. Since there are so many comparisons to RL NFL, let's look at this. If Dallas back when they had Troy Aikman and Emmit Smith played the Raiders, who's offense blows (i'm a former raiders fan myself) and a mediocre defense, then that should mean that Aikman should have one hand tied behind his back and Emmit should run blind folded, right? Don't be jealous because a team was able to recruit high level players. Perhaps you need better recruiters. Braven pays us all at minimum cost, just enough to train and buy equiptment. We do this because...wait for it, it's a competition, we want to win. So we cut back on the cost to make it. Sacrafice = victory. The point of any sport is to win. We have no "ringers." The point of being competitive is to make the best plays, play the best players, and win. Your sayin if you had high level players, you wouldn't play them? lol ok. Some teams will have better players than others, and will win. That's the nature of the beast. Not everyone can have a winning season. If it don't go well for ya this season... oh well, better luck next season.

No, China and Japan are East Asia. Southeast Asia is Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Burma, Malaysia, and all the islands.

Certainly that depends on just how large an area one would consider to belong to a region described as the southwest portion of a continent. There are several ways of determining this.

The least inclusive is by separating the continent into 8 sections, one for each cardinal direction, and one for each ordinal direction. Here is a map of Asia so divided: http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b315/psweetman1590/asia.jpg
As we can see, neither Shanghai nor any of Japan or Mongolia fall in SE Asia using that scheme.

Another way of dividing the continent is to simply divide into quadrants, each being given an ordinal direction. Here is a map doing this: http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b315/psweetman1590/asia2.jpg
Again, neither Shanghai nor Japan nor Mongolia fall under the area labeled as SE Asia.

However, people who tend to stick to such methods and take their outcomes literally (and actually care if they're violated) are people who I think are very likely to suck at football. So what if the team's name is somewhat outside of the range of the league? They're in the ballpark, and I don't think this game should discriminate against people who failed geography class.

Addit: Yes I was bored tonight

Your Cowboys/Raiders analogy doesn't apply because they're both in the same league. This is more like a Class AA minor league baseball team signing guys like Manny Ramirez or Alex Rodriguez to buy a championship.

Anyways all trolling aside I don't think anyone who did stack think they were doing anything wrong, and in fact they really didn't do anything wrong. At any rate we've rethought our season's goals and decided to concentrate on leveling up rather than making the playoffs until we can be competitive.

I'm just bummed out my WR with 70 speed and 35 in vision and agility isn't down here to return kicks against you guys.
