How did you come up with spending points in Protector? If you have two AE pieces for Protector you would spend -0- SPs for Protector.

because it's not good enough to have 10 in Protector and nothing in the other SA's
it's cheaper to put 10 SP in Protector to get it to 4, CE adds 1 and AE adds 5 by level 56
then you can put 6 SP into another SA and with AE you could also get Pass Block to 10 (or Foundation, or whatever floats your boat)
