The flex will cost more to account for the cost of the service, but it is very easy.

1. parents should keep track of their CC
2. if he does, parents can cancel the payment on the CC because it was stolen.
3. You can't call the cell company and say "I didn't mean to spend $1000" they don't care.

If I were 15 and charged my cell bill $10, my parents would still be pissed. If you want flex, use paypal. Its not hard. Sure, yes it might be helpful to some, but for every person it helps, it would cause a headache for other people, namely Bort who would need to implement a whole new and likely expensive system and hire a person to manage it.

not to mention, the Cell company probably charges a pretty penny on top of that, so, would it be finacially worth it for Bort to even consider it?
Me thinks no.

Most phone companies add a $1 fee to each charge, plus charging the company that wanted the SMS set up. It tends to be in the thousands. More options, most costs per SMS #.

English, I don't know it well.

Just playing.

I figured it was a charge per transaction, plus a settup/route fee. I'm sure theres more fee's int here somewhere. And then what happens if a user rings up the price but doesn't pay the bill? I'm sure the phone companies go after the business to recoup some of the losses, right?

+1 stupid ass idea imo. and if bort were to hire another person, i would rather it be a coder or a REAL tester.
