Ours is 15, but im guessing most are going to be less than ours and the Hammond Bengals...

im going to guess our leagues median will be somewhere in the 12-14 range...meaning that you would have to go out and find a level 20+ on the market in order to have any sort of punishment right now.

i could. i just wanted to go to a different league. you would get your ass handed to you in EE Pro as well.

Well, if my team was one of the first 400 teams, I'm sure we'd be doing quite fine in EE Pro. We wouldn't have gone 4-12.

Also, FYI, the median lvl in this league is 13.

So the "soft cap" would be like level 21. Basically all those guys who are level 17 and over really need to think twice before boosting. They might still be fine, but no one really knows for sure.

If all the lower level players boost, then the soft cap will raise.

Maybe. We still have a lot of level 13 players in this league.

Yeah, but a lot of lower level guys are lower level because they are not boosters. Besides, it sucks to have the decision to boost or not be based on someone else's actions. You "can't" boost until someone else do.

having a level cap is going to suck. that might force me to not boost my HB.

No, you won't get penalized until you're about 8 levels above the medium level of the league, which aint going to happen in USA A

That would be a shame. If he doesn't boost, then how is your RB going to show his amazing vision?

pretty sure scarlet told me that we could still boost and be fine...so if our team can boost...anyones can.
