Virtue76, hello everyone.

Where the hell are the WarChickens on this list?

Yeah, but with a ton of teams trying to sign them. I also did say that I was just trying to get something going. Anyway, I will be updating tomorrow, with all 16. I'll try to do it every game, but I don't have any formulas or anything.

I love the idea and I was just trying to add to the convo.

Seriously, watchout for Berlin. We will have the power of God on our side. We are the Devine Right!

Isn't "Devine" spelled with an "i"?

Here are my Rankings as of tonight, pre week one games, with some info:
1. Suva Hawks- they have the highest ratings of all 16 teams, and could be the favs.
2(tie) Hawthorn Headhunters & Sandersville War Chickens- The 'hunters have a better Offense, the Chickens have a better D and kicking, though K & P on the 'hunters will level up for tomorrow.
4(tie) Lincoln Breeze and Sacred Haven Knights- The Breeze unfortunates are facing the Hawks their first game tomorrow, but both teams are equal basically
6. Future Llamas of America- great O Line, Passing, and Kicking, but can the receivers catch the ball and can they run it?
7. Christchurch Parrots- Throw, and throw, and hope they can't stop you...
8. Sunshine Coast Condors- They can block and kick the whole day.
9. Berlin Devine Right- another air it out team it seems like.
10. Nottingham Hoods- see above, but less of above and better kicking
11(tie) South Sydney Rabbitohs and Saipan Storm- they battle tomorrow, and are basically identical.
13. Port Moresby Kings- Pound with Ground and Kick if that fails!
14. Solomon Islands Pack- passing and blocking is decent. Kicking is god-awful!
15. Wellington Assassins- they should run, and be able to kinda kick. Where's the D?
16. Redcliff Razamanaz- they can kick it, but that's it...

I would say the game of the "week" is for our #11 teams. I like Saipan Storm right now, but it could go either way!

There were a few surprises last week, with my #2 WarChickens losing to the #13 Kings. I am releasing my teams for week 2. After week 4, my ratings won't be relevant thanks to the DOA.

1. Suva Hawks- they keep their spot at the top. They looked very balanced, and that run D is nasty!
2. Hawthorn Headhunters- they had a big game, but it came at the expense of a VERY weak team. Still, the shutout was impressive, as well as the 7 INTs, and the 36.2 average per punt.
3. Christchurch Parrots- Had a monster game. D and the run look much better than last week.
4. South Sydney Rabbitohs- big win for them, and they have improved. They face the Hawks next, and could have a shot at knocking them off.
5. Future Llamas of America- they did enough to win last game, and have another tough matchup this game.
6. Sacred Haven Knights- beat a solid team by 24 through the air all day.
7. Lincoln Breeze- didn't have the ball enough to make an impact, though with the little they had it was impressive enough.
8. Port Moresby Kings- surprise winners, the D held strong. 2 in a row?
9. Sandersville WarChickens- WHAT HAPPENED???
10. Berlin Devine Right- won not on the ground.
11. Nottingham Hoods- Just couldn't get anything going, but that kicking game helps them out a lot.
12. Sunshine Coast Condors- need to get it together
13. Saipan Storm- never woke up from their nap.
14. Redcliff Razamanaz- are here only because of their kicking game.
15. Solomon Islands Pack- they were dominated in all aspects of the game...
16. Wellington Assassins- same as above, only to a lesser team...

Game of the week has to be the Sacred Haven Knights against the Lincoln Breeze. The teams look to be equal. I like the balance in the Breeze, and will choose them.

a 31-3 win by Berlin drops them a spot?

Locker room material right here.

I'm more interested in what 'won not on the ground means'

Joking aside, nice reading CoachB05, hope you keep it up.

Its interesteing because we did win on the ground. 140 yards running to 198 yard passing. We also scored 2 TDs on the ground and 2 by passing. We still on the ground due to clock management and our studly defense.

It was the passing attack that got you to the point that you were able to run it out. "Not on the ground" means you were airing it out. You had a potent rushing attack, but from the plays I watched, that's because they were so afraid of your killer passing attack, they let you run. I think your Defense needs beefed up a little before I move them up the standings much.

For the most part I was right based on positions. I was wrong on the Port Moresby Kings, who changed their name to the GERMAN WILDDOGS to avoid apparently the worst country's capital in the world, barring Baghdad as well as starting our first rivalry with the Berlin Devine Right???

1. Suva Hawks- Dominating game against another good team!
2. Hawthorn Headhunters- Came out looking like crap; offense didn't produce. I'm hitting the game film hard on this one.
3. Christchurch Parrots- Brian Beck threw for 273 yards in that devastating passing attack in a close win made closer by a garbage time TD.
4. Future Llamas of America- The D made the big stops when needed.
5. Sacred Haven Knights- The Breeze had no answer for Thatch Dillian, who was 7 yards shy of 300.
6. South Sydney Rabbitohs- Had the ball ran down their throats, and the offense didn't help them get back in the game.
7. Lincoln Breeze- Didn't do anything with the 5 turnovers they created.
8. Sunshine Coast Condors- Took advantage of a horrible team!
9. Saipan Storm- A balanced attack never hurts to win a game.
10. GERMAN WILDDOGS- They were still hung over after celebrating moving from certain death to a better environment, so I won't hold it against them too much.
11. Berlin Devine Right- My dropping them didn't motivate them. Maybe if I do it again it will help...
12. Sandersville WarChickens- Played a lot better. Couldn't take advantage of 7 drops and a defense that didn't expect the run.
13. Solomon Islands Pack- Figured out that running was the way to go.
14. Nottingham Hoods- Solid showing they had. Poor Punting ruined any chances they may have had, along with a 77 yard TD.
15. Wellington Assassins- Played a lot better, but no dice. Could their receivers catch a cold if it came their way???
16. Redcliff Razamanaz- Another blown out game. Earth to george96, are you able to think coherently???

My pick of the game this week is obviously the Christchurch Parrots vs. Future Llamas of America. The Parrots have a wicked passing game, while the Llamas have a strong D and kicking game. I think the Llamas will make the changes to win this battle of 2-0 teams.

Parrots vs Llamas will be a tough game for us. Llamas do not have any weaknesses in their D. Heres hoping the Parrots can retain that #3 spot.

Should be neat. The Parrots looks pretty tough. Since no one has really found a weakness to exploit yet, we are hoping to be the first. GL Parrots!
